{POWERFUL} The Kratos commercial convection oven has a powerful 54,000 total BTU output. A 1/2HP 2-speed fan motor ensures even and consistent cooking!
{CAPACITY} Standard depth commercial convection oven; interior dimensions: 28.5”W x 21.5”D x 20”H.
{THREE SHELVES} Interior has 11 pan slides and comes standard with 3 adjustable wire shelves. Additional shelves are available as Kratos item 29Y-130.
{MOBILE} The Kratos freestanding commercial convection comes standard with (4) 5” diameter casters – 2 braking and 2 non-braking casters. The oven also comes with stationary feet as another option.
