Use & Care (Helps Prevent Rust & Sticking): Not dishwasher safe. Not oven safe due to wooden components. Avoid thermal shock (do not place a hot pan into cold water). Hand wash, dry thoroughly, then wipe on a thin layer of oil after drying. A light black residue may appear during early use—wipe with a paper towel and continue seasoning as the surface develops.
